Bullfrogs on Your Mind

In
Your
Eye
(in flux mind)

Like the idea of a fly overhead
in a frog just before it springs
to life:
the fluttering sound of an eyelid.

A frozen rabbit; in flux;
thanks to; a fox;
out of the; frame; but felt:
the fluttering sound of an eyelid
of sound of an of an eyelid makes
of an eyelid makes of an eardrum
in the eardrum makes
when something is caught
in your eye.
The rabbit is cornered by the fox
processing…
post processing…
A bit of dust obscures the scene;
the film jumps and clicks.
The rabbit is dowsed in artificial light.

The camera wavers then backs off.
Lines reform around the bullfrog.
